Naffele Nikita

Naffele Nikita

Part Time Trainer

Naffele grew up quite actively and often playing outdoors. At the age of 5 she started playing baseball in her small hometown and later began Figure Skating, competing until grade 12. She also enjoyed playing high school soccer.
In her 20’s the sports seemed to slip away and exercise was the local gym and recreational softball in the summer...until she walked into the dojo. At the age of 27 Naffele began training in Chikashiryu Karate. She set her mind on achieving her Black Belt and surpassed her own goal by receiving her 2nd Degree Black Belt. Nafffele is currently the only female in Chikashiryu to have obtained this level.
As with many people who find Crosffit it seems like they are all searching for...something more. Surely you can be fitter, faster, stronger, right? Once Naffele found Crossfit she was hooked and knew she had found what she was looking for. It was a way to be challenged physically, continually learn and grow, measure your results and it seemed like you would have to work forever to be good at everything. Naffele began crossfitting in a garage in winter and has never looked back. After garage wods for a few years she joined the first box in Windsor then moved to Cambridge where she has been a member since 2012.
Naffele truly enjoys the experience of coaching because it gives her the opportunity to share information, watch people grow and help them achieve new accomplishments. Coaching also allows her to learn from the other coaches; and be motivated and inspired by all the members of Crossfit Cambridge.
