Front Squat (4-4-4-4)
These all need to be heavy. Each set of 4. 2-3 warm up sets then 4 WORKING sets.
10 Cleans (115/75lbs)
10 Cleans (135/95lbs)
10 Cleans (155/105lbs)
RX+ 155/95 – 185/125 – 225/145
Scale accordingly. The weight must go up each round. Basically a light/medium/heavy weight.
Please work cooperatively with one another re: sharing the plates and using the appropriate weights 🙂 You’re the best.
