Please keep yourself to a high standard on these movements. 20+ rounds is certainly impressive, however it doesn’t mean Sh*t if your chin wasn’t over the bar, your chest never touched the ground, you wormed all your push ups, and you never went below 90 degrees. Smiley face emoticon.
