14 Lunges (50/35lb DB)

10 Burpees

*Complete the lunges alternating in place (7/side). Hold the DBs wherever you like. One in each hand. If there are no DBs, use KBs.

**The ‘RX’ weight is JUST A GUIDELINE. Don’t go any heavier than that, but PLEASE feel free to go lighter. You should be able to complete most rounds “unbroken”.
