*No chairs/boxes. You must jump to the rings at least 6″ above your standing reach. Mark as RX+ in Wodify.
60 Burpee Pull Ups for Time
*To complete this “rx” the bar must be 6″ above your standing reach. If that isn’t possible, NO PROBLEM 🙂 Bring the height to a level where you can perform a pull up (strict/kipping/jumping).
