10 Left Arm Overhead Walking Lunges (24/16kg)
10 Right Arm Overhead Walking Lunges
If there’s room to walk, do so, if not, just stay in place. Some may have to scale the movement down to a “front rack single arm” lunge as opposed to overhead, that’s ok.
