If you can’t do muscle ups, you may complete either 3 muscle up transitions or 4 strict pull ups and 4 strict dips.

Pike push ups for HSPU. Make them a challenging 4 reps.

The KB is supposed to be on the heavy side. It’s only 8 reps.
