Choose a weight that is challenging for you. These need to be completed in under 20 seconds EACH round. With the remaining time, complete as many burpees as possible. Your score is total burpees completed.

Try your best to pick a goal at the beginning and stick with it. You must complete a MINIMUM of 5 burpees each round.
