7 Strict Handstand Push Ups
30 Double Unders

The power cleans should be heavy, but you should not fail.
If you don’t have muscle ups, substitute 5 transitions. MAKE THESE HARD! THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO BE EASY. IF YOU’RE RIPPING THROUGH THEM YOU’RE DOING THEM WRONG … 🙂
To RX the HSPU today you must perform them strict. If you cannot do strict HSPU, you may kip. Otherwise, 7 pike push ups.
30 double unders or 15 tuck jumps. Your choice.
