40 Kettlebell Snatches (24/16kg)
*Start and end your workout with 75 double unders (or 2:00 cap).
KB snatches are to be performed from the “hang” position. 40 total/round. You can split them up any way you see fit, however make sure you complete equal reps on each arm.
