Fight Gone Bad (3 Rounds for reps)

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball Shots (Reps), 20#
Sumo deadlift high-pull (Reps), 75#
Box Jumps, 20″ (Reps)
Push-press (Reps), 75#
Row (Calories)
1-minute rest
No strength today. Metcon only. We will be going in heats. Heat 1 will go while heat 2 counts their reps and vice versa. Each heat will have ample warm up time.

Scale the weight so the SDHP and push press are LIGHT. You should be able to get 20+ SDHP in your first round and 25+ push press. Or do it as RX and see what happens. Up to you, but the goal of the this workout is constant movement.

If you’re looking to hit that “RX” button, you must JUMP, you cannot step. 20/14lbs for everyone, no RX+ weights today.

Fit = 200 reps

Pretty Fit 250 reps

Really Fit = 300 reps

Super Fit = 350 reps

Regionals Fit = 400 reps

Games Fit = 450 reps
