The Chief (AMRAP – Rounds)

Max rounds in 3 minutes of:

3 Power Cleans, 135#

6 Push-ups

9 Squats

Rest 1-minute.

Repeat for a total of 5 cycles
RX+ 185/125lbs

RX 135/95lbs

L3 115/75lbs

L2 95/65lbs

L1 75/55lbs

Power cleans should not take longer than 15 seconds max! Keep your push ups solid and ensure you are BELOW parallel on those air squats.
