Bench Press (Heavy Single + Max Reps at 85% )

Single Arm High Pull (3 Sets of 10-12 Reps )

There is to be NO momentum during this movement. It is NOT a SDHP. It is a strict strength movement. There should be minimal break in the wrist and focus should be pulling from the elbow.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP

10 Push Press (115/75lbs)

10 Box Jumps (24/20″)

10 Toes to Bar

Looking for an absolute minimum of 4 rounds. Scale where necessary.
