5 Rounds for Time:

5 Push Jerks (185/125)

10 Burpees
Jerks are from the ground. They should be heavy, however the majority should be performed unbroken. Scale accordingly. Note: that does not mean that you scale to 30% of your 1RM. Make it challenging on yourself.
