Bench Press (Heavy Set of 5 + Max at 85%)

Ensure you PAUSE for 2 seconds at the BOTTOM of each rep. Stay active.

Banded Rows (15 Reps Between Each Set of Bench)

Similar to the face pulls, but you’re pulling to your sternum.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 Minute EMOM:

Odds: 20 Russian Kettlebell Swings (32/24kg)

Evens: 10 Handstand Push Ups

RX+: 10 Strict (or as many as possible, then finish the set kipping).
