35 Thrusters (75/55lbs)

100 Double Unders

*For today, complete 10 ring dips and 10 strict pull ups if you don’t quite have a muscle up yet. And either 2:30 attempting DU or 300 singles. Thruster weight should be on the ligther side (as in, going unbroken shouldn’t be unfathomable).
