12 Deadlifts (60-70%1RM)

Bar Facing Burpees

Rest 5:00

10:00 AMRAP

10 Toes to Bar

10 Handstand Push Ups

50 Double Unders

Must complete the HPS unbroken, make these difficult. Deadlifts should also be touch and go.

1:1 Singles to Doubles for today. Don’t get used to that.

Count your total laps, total BFB, and total reps for the 10:00 AMRAP (those are “rounds” 1, 2, and 3 repsectively.
