Snatch (5 Heavy Singles)

Yup. Squat. Warm up. Then hit 5 heavy singles. That doesn’t mean 5 sets total. That means your warm up lifts, then hitting 5 heavy singles. Even if it takes you 1-2 heavy singles to max out, you still need to perform 3 more. Drop 5-10% of your max and finish them off 🙂
