Back Squat (4 Sets of 8)
If you can use the same weight as you did for your 4 sets of 6, that would be awesome! If not, it shouldn’t be less than 90% of what you used. If you didn’t do the sets of 6, don’t worry about it.
Muscle-ups (4 Sets)
Work on what you need to work on. Muscle ups, jumping MU, banded MU, or MU rows. Looking for anywhere from 2-10 reps of the above.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)
7 Minute AMRAP
10 Thrusters (95/65lbs)
15 Box Jumps (24/20″)
Thrusters must be unbroken for the first two rounds minimum. Otherwise it’s too heavy, go ligther. Looking for a MINIMUM of 4 rounds. High intensity!
