If you are comfortable with this movement, perform the double as a touch and go. 5 solid working sets.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP

2-4-6-8-10-12-14-16 … Toes to Bar

In between each set of T2B, perform 20 double unders.

*If you cannot perform T2B, perform 15 tucks subs instead. No single unders!

Each “round” is completed after your double unders (for scoring in wodify).
