There will be a meeting for anyone who is interested in competing in the upcoming 2016/2017 CrossFit Season. This is for those of you who are willing to attend the gym a minimum of 5 days a week and put in 2 hours+ daily. It is geared towards veteran athletes who are confident and competent in most of the lifts/skills.

However, we encourage anyone and everyone to attend if it interests you at all.

Prior to attending, please email Chad a list of your goals. Be specific as possible.

The meeting will take place this Saturday after the class. If you have any questions/concerns please don’t hesitate to speak with/email Chad.

Bergeron Beep Test (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

Every Minute On the Minute For as Long as Possible:

7 Thrusters (75/55lbs)

7 Pull Ups

7 Burpees
You must complete all 21 reps in the minute in order to move onto the next minute. You may not start the next round before the new minute begins.

All these movements should be “easy” in terms of weight/skill. If they are not, scale them so that they are. If that means you need to scale the weight/reps, that’s ok.

Everyone will be going for 15 minutes minimum. If you fail to hit the rx’d reps in a minute, take the next minute off and continue with the same process until the completion of the 15th minute.

Choose a weight/rep scheme that will allow you to complete the first round in 40 seconds or quicker.

Enter your score as how many rounds you complete in a row (the bonus rounds don’t count).
