Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 Minute AMRAP

10 Turkish Get Ups (5/arm)

10 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)

10 Toes to Bar
Take it easy on the TGU. No need to rush these. Make sure you hit each and every step throughout the way.

Choose a weight that you are comfortable to hit 5+ in a row on the same arm with (you may alternate in the WOD if you wish).

Steady on the BBJ, practice your kip with the toes to bar.
