Front Squat (4 Sets of 6-8)

Warm up with a couple sets of 10. Keep increasing your weight if you’re able to hit 8 reps. If you’re at 6 or 7, stay at that weight for all 4 sets.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Minute AMRAP

7 Pull Ups

7 Burpees
RX+ option is C2B pull ups.

You should be able to hit your 7 pull ups in well under one minute. Looking for a minimum of 6 rounds. MINIMUM.
