Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Push Jerk (Warm up and hit at least 5 heavy complexes)

Conditioning

Nasty Girls (Time)

3 Rounds for time of:
50 Air Squats
7 Muscle-ups
10 Hang Power Cleans, 135# / 95#
15 minute cap. Sub out 10 muscle up transitions in place of the muscle ups. Hang power clean weight should be very close to unbroken each round. Medium at most.
