Friday – 10AM and heats start at 4PM

Monday – Regular Hours

Hang Snatch (7 Sets of 2)

Anywhere above the knee. Yup. Squat. Warm up with some lighter weights and then hit 7 quality sets of 2. No dropping between reps.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP:

30 Double Unders

20 Sit Ups

10 KB Swings (32/24kg)

KB Swings should be unbroken each round, otherwise it’s too heavy.
