Clean and Jerk (5 Sets of 2)

Perform a clean and jerk, followed by another clean and jerk. Set should take less than 20 seconds (don’t time it, but don’t dilly dally).

Anyway you want today. IDEALLY a “squat clean” and “split jerk”.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

10 Minute EMOM:

10 Box Jumps (24/20″)

10 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10′)

These are to be performed in the same minute. Scale the reps as needed. If it’s 8 and 8 or 5 and 5, whatever you need to complete BOTH the box jumps and wall balls in the SAME minute.
