Hang Power Clean (Heavy Triple)

Build up to a heavy triple. Hit at least 6 solid sets (not including warm up). Do not drop the barbell between reps.

Conditioning

Metcon (20 Rounds for reps)

20 Minute EMOM:

Odds: 20/15 Calorie Row

Evens: 5/3 Muscle Ups

*If no muscle ups, complete 7 muscle up rows.

*Or complete 5 pull ups and 5 ring dips.

*Or whatever the coach believes will best benefit you.
