Bench Press (5 Sets of 5)

Hit a couple warm up sets and then get into 5 working sets.

Barbell Row (5 Sets of 8-10)

Same idea as last week. If you hit 10 reps, go up in weight. Alternate with the bench press.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

15 Minute AMRAP:

5 Strict Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

20/15 Calorie Row
