Back Squat (5 Sets of 5 – Working Sets)


Ring Support (Accumulate between 1-4 minutes)

Jump to support on the rings (arms fully locked out) and hold that position for anywhere from a total of 1 to 4 minutes. Take as many sets as needed and rest as required.


Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 Minute AMRAP

5 Deadlifts (185/125lbs)

5 Hang Power Cleans (185/125lbs)

5 Push Jerks (185/125lbs)

20 Box Jumps (24/20″)
