1 Clean + 2 Front Squats + 1 Jerk (5 Working Sets)

Just like it sounds. The “clean” is a “squat clean”. So there are in fact 3 front squats in this complex followed by a jerk of your preference. Warm up and perform at least 5 solid sets.

Power Snatches (115/75lbs)

*After each set of power snatches, perform 50 double unders.

I.E. 21 BFB, 21 PS, 50 DU, 15, 15, 50, 9, 9, 50.

**Power snatch weight should be on the lighter/medium side.

***Max 1:30 for each set of double unders.
