Performed one right after the other. Push press SHOULD be the deciding factor in weight. Build each set.

Scale the deadlift weight and box jump height if required. We HIGHLY recommend you STEP DOWN all your box jumps. Or even perform step ups for the entirety of this workout.

This workout should be QUICK. Looking for some people to go sub 5. Sub 8 for everyone.
