One abmat MAX for the HSPU (technically is NOT ‘RX’D’). But, we would rather see you get more total rounds in the wod and work on your HSPU outside of this. So, you can perform pike push ups instead, or drop the reps of the HSPU, or speak to your coach to figure out the best substitution for you.
Score is TOTAL reps in 12 minutes. The round of 3 = 9 total reps, the round of 6 = 27 total reps, the round of 9 = 54, etcetera.
You should be able to peform 15+ SDHP UB fresh (not mandatory to do this in the workout, but for a weight guide).
