Alternate with the push press. If you hit 8, increase the difficulty.

12 Front Squats (155/105lbs)

12 Toes to Bar

First two rounds your squats MUST be UB, otherwise it’s too heavy.

The Open is coming, which means toes to bar. However, for the WOD, I would like you to “kip” them … even if your toes don’t touch the bar.

If your toes don’t touch the bar in the WOD, make sure you’re practicing a certain method that will count as “rx” during the open. Ask your coach for ideas.
