Anyway you can. Of course, a squat clean and split jerk is preferable.

Conditioning

Metcon (Time)

3 Rounds For Time:

15 Burpee Box Jumps (24/20″)

12 Deadlifts

9 Hang Power Cleans

6 Jerks

Rx: 155/105lbs

Rx+: 185/125lbs

15:00 Cap

Deadlifts should be on the lighter side, hang power cleans medium-ish, and jerks could be a bit on the heavy side.
