Clean (10 Minute EMOM – 2 Cleans )

Start around 70% and go from there. If you want to stay at the same weight for the entire 10 minutes, that’s fine. Or go up each set/every other set, that’s fine too. Squat.

For Time

70 Burpees (6:00)

60 Sit Ups (9:00)

50 KB Swings (24/16kg) (13:00)

40 Pull Ups (17:00)

30 Handstand Push Ups (20:00)

You must move on to the next exercise one you hit the time cap in brackets for that movement.
