Deadlift (Heavy Single)
Complete at least 6-7 warm up sets before hitting your singles. Only go for big weight if you’re feeling great. If not, just a heavy (90%+) single for the day.
Bar Facing Burpees
*If, due to space you cannot perform a bar facing burpee, perform a burpee over your bar with a two foot jump any way you can.
