Start around 70% and build from there.


Handstand Push-ups (7 Sets of 5-10)

Kipping. You may use 2 abmats today. Any more than that and you need to substitute for pike push ups or L-seated dumbbell presses.

For Time:

25 Pull Ups

50 KB Snatches (24/16kg)

75 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10′)

50 KB Snatches

25 Pull Ups

18:00 Cap

RX+ C2B and 30/20lbs

*KB Snatches are 50 total (25/arm anyway you wish) and are from the ‘hang’.
