Upon request here it is! We were going to save it for Christmas Eve, however some of you can’t make it in that day. So without further ado, CrossFit Cambridge presents The Twelve Days of Christmas WOD.

Conditioning

Metcon (Time)

“12 Days of Christmas”

1 Power Snatch

2 Muscle Ups

3 Alternating Pistols/Leg

4 Shoulder to Overhead

5 Hang Power Cleans

6 Handstand Push Ups

7 Burpees

8 Pull Ups

9 Toes to Bar

10 Wall Balls (20/14lbs to 10′)

11 Deadlifts

12 Front Rack Lunges (per leg)

1 barbell for all the movements.

Muscle up transitions in place of muscle ups.

Your weight will be limited off your power snatch. Go as heavy as possible there to make the remainder of the workout challenging.

One abmat for HSPU, otherwise sub pike push ups.

*Reminder, it is LITERALLY just like the song. On the 2nd day of Christmas my true love gave to me … 2 muscle ups and a power snatch in a pear tree!

On the 6th day of Christmas my true love gave to me … 6 handstand push ups, FIIIIVVVE HAAANG POWER CLEANS, 4 shoulder to overheads, 3 alternating pistols, 2 muscle ups, and a power snatch in a pear treeeee!

And so on and so forth 🙂
