Make these as challenging as possible. If you can perform 8 in a row, make them more challenging so you can only perform 6 or 7.

7 Deadlifts (225/155lbs)

Deadlifts should be medium at MOST. Should be unbroken. Scale the HSPU as necessary. Only ONE abmat MAX.
