Goal is each full minute UB (once you hit 300 total, stop).

EVERYONE is going to double under today. This is the perfect time to practice.

Pay attention to the cues your coach is giving you. Remember, your jump should look and feel VERY similar to your single under jump, just SLIGHTLY higher.
