Anywhere above the knee. Must squat each rep. Looking for at least 5 solid sets (plus warm up).
6 Rounds for Time:
10 Handstand Push Ups
10 Back Squats (155/105lbs)
10 Pull Ups
RX+ 185/135lbs and C2B Pull Ups
Back squats from the ground. Should be tough towards the end.
