Snatch (Heavy Triple)

These are preferably squat snatches if you have the flexibility/mobility.

Conditioning

Metcon (Time)

30 Back Squats (135/95)

25 Wall Ball (20/14 to 10ft)

20 Front Squats (135/95)

25 Wall Ball

10 Overhead Squats (135/95)

25 Wall Ball
RX+ 155/105 and 30/20lb to 10ft

If not able to do overhead squats, replace with Front Squats instead.
