Deadlift (Build to a Heavy Set of 5 + Another Set at 90-95%)

Handstand Push-ups (See Below)

A) 5 Sets of 5-10 Pike Push Ups

B) 15-20 Total Strict HSPU

C) 5 Sets of 5-10 Strict HSPU

Those are your only options today. You may use ONE abmat if necessary. If you’re really close and think you’re ready for a strict HSPU, feel free to ask a a partner or coach to “spot/assist” you.

You’ll go inverted against the wall, go down, start pushing up, and your partner will pull you up by your ankles to assist you in finishing the movement.
