Make these as challenging as possible. Whether that means banded or tempo or weighted.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 Minute EMOM:

Odds: Row 20/15 Calories

Evens: 5 Overhead/Front Squats

No prescribed weight today. Go as heavy or as light as you need for the overhead squats. Ideally everyone OHS, but if needed you can substitute for front squats.

Score will be total reps combined. Only 5 squats each time. Perfect score is 250/200 reps.
