Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

10 Toes To Bar

10 Front Squats (115/75lbs)

10 Burpees

Front squats are light. Should be able to rip off 10 in a row pretty close to each set.

You’ll have lots of practice with the “kip” of the toes to bar during the GWOD. Don’t worry about touching your toes to the bar. Just get the “kip”. Bring your knees up as high as possible.
