8 Deadlifts (95/65lbs)

6 Hang Power Cleans (95/65lbs)

4 Front Squats (95/65lbs)

2 Push Jerks/Press (95/65lbs)

You should be able to complete the entire complex unbroken. It is meant to be LIGHT. Think it’s too light? Just do it faster.
