Turkish Get Up (Heavy Single Each Arm)

Your choice on KB/DB/Barbell. Try each and see which you prefer or find more challenging.

Once you’ve found a heavy single, complete 20 (10/side) total at about 60-70%.


Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

20 Minute EMOM:

Odds: Row 20/15 Calories

Evens: Alternating Push Ups/Pull Ups

Minute 1 – Row

Minute 2 – Push Ups

Minute 3 – Row

Minute 4 – Pull Ups


Score is total amount of pull ups and push ups combined. RX only if you complete each and every row 20/15 calories.
