20 Alternating DB/KB Snatch (70/50lb)

20 Wall Ball (20/14lbs to 10ft)
Rx Plus = 30/20lbs to 10ft

Snatches come from the ground every time even if you’re using a KB. Equivalent weight would be 28kg/20kg.
