Back Squat (5 Heavy Sets of 5)

Handstand Push-ups (See Below)

5 Sets of:

A) 2-5 Wall Walks (as high as comfortable)

B) 15 Total HSPU

C) 5-10 HSPU

D) 5-10 Deficit HSPU

All kipping today. You may use 2 abmats. Other than that, you should be completing the wall walks.

10 Burpees Over Bar
