Squat snatch preferred if at all possible.

Conditioning

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

AMRAP 8 Minutes:

10 Toes to Bar

10 Thrusters (95/65)
Keep your kip on your T2B today even if that means your feet aren’t getting to the bar.

Thrusters should be light and basically unbroken every set.
